Note: Import Planners is a Mexican entity. The legally binding version of this notice is the Aviso de Privacidad in Spanish, which complies with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). This English translation is provided for convenience. We recommend having both versions reviewed by an attorney specialized in data protection before relying on them.

In all cases, we require third parties to comply with the same data protection standards described here.

We do not perform transfers for purposes other than those described.

5. Means to exercise ARCO rights

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the conditions of that use (Access). You also have the right to request correction of your information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); to have it removed from our records or databases when you consider it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties, and obligations established by law (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These are known as ARCO rights.

To exercise any of the ARCO rights, send a request to operations@importplanners.com indicating: (i) your name and a means of contact; (ii) documents proving your identity or, if applicable, legal representation; (iii) a clear and precise description of the personal data for which you wish to exercise one of the rights; and (iv) any other element that helps locate the data.

We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days from the receipt of your request.

6. Revocation of consent

You may revoke any consent you have granted us for the processing of your personal data by writing to operations@importplanners.com. Please consider that, due to certain legal requirements, revocation may not take immediate effect or may imply the termination of contracted services.

7. Use of cookies and similar technologies

This site uses privacy-friendly analytics through Plausible Analytics, which does not require cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

8. Changes to this Privacy Notice

We reserve the right to modify or update this privacy notice at any time. Any change will be published on this same page, with the date of the latest update visible at the top of the document.

If you believe your right to the protection of personal data has been violated, you may contact Mexico's National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI).
